Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

SEASONAL Review: Halloween. Placed order online for ASAP, was defaulted to 30 minutes. Arrvied at location one hour after placing online order. Place was packed, pizzas not ready. Was told I had to wait in line to tell them I was here to get my pre-paid, pre-ordered pizza and then they would make it. Don't see the purpose of online ordering then. Others that did the same waited an hour in store. Staff severely overwhelmed. Waiting on resolution for not getting my pizza, cuz I wasn't waiting in the same line to "cancel" my order that I was expected to wait in to tell them I expected my paid for food....poor seasonal planning and poor execution of operations.

Ordered for Christmas eve 2022. Round cheesy bread was much flatter and less cheese. Also granddaughter said sauce was different, lumpy. She didn't like it. Ordered a pizza with a few special items changed.... I told them at least 3 times exactly what we needed. Well, nope it didn't come the way we needed it. So 1 person didn't get pizza. Good thing I made a salad. 2nd pizza was simple sausage and pep, that was the 1 good thing..... Merry Christmas. Parking always stinks.

The taste is great but was very disappointed with the quality. The pizza we got tonight didn't fully reach the edges (2 inches from edge in some places), was weirdly shaped, not circle. Sauce was super thick in some areas and non existent in others.

Loved the 6.99 for two toppings medium deal. Fast service and nice worker. I will be back !

There was a bug in my salad. Idk if I ate any but that was gross. I was so disgusted I tossed it before even taking a pic.
